The UltaMid 2 has been our four-season, two-person pyramid shelter for years, and it still earns its spot: room for two, dependable coverage, and just 1.2 lbs of weight in your pack. Split the load with a partner and you get a basecamp that holds together when the weather turns, without dragging down the rest of your kit.

Dyneema® Composite Fabric at 100% waterproof does the heavy lifting against rain and spindrift. Pitch it high on calm nights for airflow, or drop it low when wind and weather push in. You need 2 trekking poles or our custom carbon pole to stand it up, and setup goes fast once you've done it a couple of times.
